Jim Lindsey has over thirty years of real
estate lending experience. Starting his career with a regional
life insurance company, Jim became Treasurer and Director of Lending
during his ten years with the life company. He then moved into
the mortgage banking field and was responsible for the development
of some of the largest mortgage banking institutions in the country:
Foster Financial Mortgage, North American Mortgage, Commonwealth
Mortgage, and American Mortgage, holding Executive Vice President,
President, and CEO titles with these companies.
Responsibilities during that period included
residential, commercial, and construction lending, with hands-on
management in every facet of real estate lending. Enjoying the
one-on-one relationship with borrowers and meeting the challenges of
their unique and individual needs led to the start of Lindsey
Mortgage.
Working with Mary Jane Lindsey (Jim's partner for
forty years), Lindsey Mortgage strives to make the mortgage
financing experience as anxiety-free as possible, while providing
its borrowers with the loan programs that best meet their needs.
