thirty years of proven experience in all facets of real estate
activity; and prior to establishing his own operations, he was the
President or CEO of several large mortgage banking and real estate
companies.

Financing activity includes acquisition, development, construction,

through both individual and corporate sources.
Project Management:
This function includes acting as the coordinator to bring all of the
various disciplines of a project together to facilitate the project
being a success -- on time and on budget.

Based on the assignment and
the nature of the desired result normally dictates the fee
charged. Project specific areas are often based on a
percentage of the total value of the assignment and are totally
success driven. Other management type assignments are based on
a negotiated fee paid on an on-going basis as the assignment
progresses, or with a smaller on-going fee and a participation of
the profits at the end.
